Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
• Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) and related integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
