Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of job-relevant Business Analyst experience in enterprise or government environments.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform functionality, configuration, and backlog management.
- Experience gathering and writing business requirements for large enterprise applications in the federal government sector.
- Full lifecycle experience with SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and other collaborative meetings.
