Service Now Developer

SPS is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation. Expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, integrations, and portal development is required. The developer is responsible for developing, design and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM / CSM module, administering, developing and maintaining, and providing technical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing ITSM tools
• Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components
• Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped Apps, reports, knowledge management
• Proficiency in scripting, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management
