Everience Italia, a growing company in the Italian IT services and consulting sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to collaborate with a customer on the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications. The role involves optimizing IT service management and the organizational processes of the customer's organization through configuration, maintenance, and integration with other systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Catalog, Workflow modules.
- Experience in customizing Business Rule, Client Script, UI Policy, UI Action, Flow Designer.
- Development and management of Integration Hub, REST/SOAP API, Web Services.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Scoped App, and Update Set.
