Service Now Developer, Mid

The Service Now Developer, Mid position involves working with multiple teams to incorporate, support, and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments ServiceNow CMDB discovery process. The role requires building and maintaining the configuration management inventory, creating self-service support articles, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
• Experience in developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular
• Experience in developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development, including REST architectures
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems, Amazon Web Services, scripting languages, including Bash, and managing code using repositories or processes such as GitLab or GitHub
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
