ServiceNow Developer, Mid: work with ETSS teams to incorporate and support client computing environments, build and maintain configuration management inventory, create self-service support articles, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
- Experience with UI or UX design
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification
