Service Now Developer, Mid

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work with our Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions team to incorporate, support and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments ServiceNow CMDB discovery process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the configuration management inventory, creating self-service support articles, and ensuring exceptional service at every customer interaction point.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
• Experience in developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular
• Experience in developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development, including REST architectures
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), or AZURE
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
