Waste Management is seeking a Technical Lead, Application Support to configure and support the ServiceNow HRSD application. This role provides technical support, data analysis, and collaboration with vendor and other tech teams to deliver HR processes. The company operates in the waste management, environmental services and engineering industries and is a Fortune 250 company.
Requirements
- Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other tech team members.
- Continuously develops advanced knowledge of assigned application(s) utilizing vendor websites and training.
- Analyzes impact of configuration from foundational structures to Fast Formulas and extensions.
- Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting.
- Provides analysis and consultation on the implementation of new software applications.
