Birlasoft is seeking a Service Now HRSD Sr Lead Developer to design and implement scalable HR workflows using ServiceNow's Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This role requires hands-on expertise in configuring portals, case management, and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. The company prioritizes DEI and Corporate Sustainable Responsibility.
Requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications.
- Design, enhance, and support core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and custom forms.
- Implement and optimize HRSD modules: Case Management, Knowledge Base, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events.
- Leverage Flow Designer and Integration Hub for automation and orchestration.
- Work closely with HR, IT Operations, and Platform Teams.
- Participate in end to end project lifecycles.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ITSM & HRSD applications.
- Enhance functionalities based on evolving business requirements.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with ServiceNow's HRSD & ITSM modules and automation tools
