We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the stage for our engagements by partnering with clients to serve as a trusted advisor and help define the client's ServiceNow transformation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITAM
- 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements, specifically related to ITAM
- ITIL Foundations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow additional practice areas such as SPM, HSRD, CSM, ITSM, SAM, ITBM, ITOM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc. preferred but not required.
Requirements Summary
4+ years of ServiceNow experience, 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops, and ITIL Foundations or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
