This full-time position is for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer with at least 8+ years of professional experience, including expertise in training, mentoring, and guiding professionals. The role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for various audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences, and will also support new trainers and provide feedback to refine delivery methods.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT training with significant focus on ServiceNow
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform and multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration, scripting, and configuration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in preparing learners for ServiceNow certification exams
