Service Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Service Reliability Engineer to join our Global Command Center team in Gdansk, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the production environment, improving reliability and quality of software solutions, and providing incident response. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in Unix/Linux, Windows administration, and public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows administration
• Experience in working on any public cloud like AWS, Azure
• Proficiency in the following general areas: Java (Java 1.7/Java 1.8), Javascript, Python, Jenkins, ServiceNow, MSTFS/ADO and/or Github experience providing technical support to Enterprise networks.
• Good understanding of database technologies
• Programming/Scripting languages such as Python, Perl,Powershell, Java / J2EE, HTML.
• Experience working with logging tools (ex- Logstash and/or Kibana) and monitoring tools like Datadog
• Security
• Hands on experience in implementing an DevOps pipeline using Jenkins and the AWS CI / CD tool sets.
