DMI is seeking a highly organized Service Request Specialist for a Third Shift, focusing on user support for their managed services operation. The role involves submitting requests, resolving tickets, cross-training, and assisting other team members. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Submit MACD requests (moves, adds, changes, and disconnects).
- Submit vendors orders to request equipment on behalf of DMI customers.
- Update systems assets.
- Assist with activation of mobile phones.
- Monitor vendor responses to resolve tickets.
- Oversee the organization of our ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Assist other teams with overflow work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
