We are seeking a ServiceNow - Developer to join our team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITAM, and strong business process design skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITAM
- 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements, specifically related to ITAM
- ITIL Foundations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow additional practice areas such as SPM, HSRD, CSM, ITSM, SAM, ITBM, ITOM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc.
