ServiceNow - Senior Developer/ Administrator

Illumina is seeking a highly motivated and team oriented ServiceNow Administrator/Developer specializing in one or more ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITAM, SAM, HR and WSD. The role will involve developing advanced configurations of ServiceNow components, keeping the platform updated, and driving a culture of quality service and security by design.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in IT Development experience
• 4 or more years working as a ServiceNow developer
• Experience in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap and Jelly Script
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure including Servers, Network equipment, Storage devices, PCs, etc.
• On-call flexibility, including unplanned and planned maintenance and outages
• Expertise in Web technologies such as Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc.
• Experience using enterprise tools such as Visio or Lucid Chart, Teams, Confluence and Jira
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow mid-server architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience working in a regulated environment within a global company
• Exceptional knowledge of ITIL processes or ServiceNow Admin/CMDB Certifications
