We're looking for QA with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EY GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM
  • Create new and maintain existing automation test frameworks.
  • Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.
  • Establish quality standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
  • Generate comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them
  • Experience working within a wide variety of automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
  • Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
  • Have a deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g. unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
  • Strong communication skills

Requirements Summary
