ServiceNow - Solution Delivery Analyst

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Delivery Analyst with experience in configuring and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform, specialized in the use of the AppEngine module for the creation of complex workflows.

Requirements

• Searching, analyzing, evaluating, and proposing application solutions responsive to customer needs
• Supporting and accompanying the business in joint development activities with the customer
• Implementation of projects in the area of expertise, in collaboration with other units of the function
• Support for monitoring and governance of projects and suppliers
• Design, development, and configuration of applications on ServiceNow using AppEngine
• Creation and optimization of workflows and automated processes
• Collaboration with project teams for requirement analysis and solution definition
• Integration of ServiceNow with legacy corporate systems and other platforms
• Preparation and support of testing, deployment, and evolutionary maintenance activities
