EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of metrics related to IT controls and processes. The role involves utilizing reporting platforms like PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to drive data-driven decision-making and identify trends and areas for improvement. The manager will partner with business leadership to define KPIs and recommend best practices for IT reporting.
Requirements
- 16+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Deep understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud concepts and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
