Optimiza is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join their IT Service Management team. This role involves configuring, customizing, and managing the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and optimize workflow processes. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform features, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript) for customizations and automation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST, SOAP) and third-party integrations.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
