ServiceNow Administrator

The Opportunity: Seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize ServiceNow for a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, performance, and continual improvement of ServiceNow processes.

Requirements

• Manage the daily administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including user access management and data protection
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks
• Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning
• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Provide tier 2 and 3 support for ServiceNow-related issues
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Support Organizational Change Management and Continual Service Improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and standards
