QinetiQ US is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support federal law enforcement. The ideal candidate will have experience migrating legacy systems and implementing security controls as part of the DevOps process. This role will involve configuring, customizing, and administering the ServiceNow ITSM Product Suite, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience
- Customize and configure application UI and workflows
- Experience working within the ServiceNow platform completing administration tasks, including user provisioning, ticket research and response, reporting, and maintenance activities
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platform
- Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with both internal and external entities
- ITIL and agile
- Current Secret clearance and DOJ suitability
