Seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize ServiceNow for a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, performance, and continual improvement of ServiceNow processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 7 years' experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator
- Fully adjudicated secret clearance
- Ability to support full-time on-site in Arlington, VA
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Angular)
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in government or highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of CMDB management and IT asset management
