AmeriLife is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive hands-on ServiceNow Administrator - Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure its optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Information Technology field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and configuration
- Experience with platform upgrades, configuration, and third-party integrations
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required. ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL principles - Preferred.
