Seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize ServiceNow for a federal government customer. Responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications.
Requirements
- Manage the daily administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including user access management and data protection
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks
- Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Provide tier 2 and 3 support for ServiceNow-related issues
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
- Support Organizational Change Management and Continual Service Improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and standards
