ServiceNow Administrator

NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform for a federal client. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. The administrator will focus on implementing technical tasks, designing workflows, and supporting end-users and administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
