Seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize ServiceNow for a federal government customer. Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 7 years' experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator
- Must have a fully adjudicated secret clearance
- Must be able to support full-time on-site in Arlington, VA
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow system administration and configuration
- ITSM and ITOM processes and best practices
- Performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow instances
