DMI is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Business Analyst to join their Managed Services team. This role focuses on automating processes, anticipating issues, integrating technology, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to support customer IT needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both administration and application maintenance, providing expert business process analysis and advising stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with Architecting customer solution requirements.
  • Experience with ServiceNOW development (ITSM tables, CSM, Playbook, work spaces, scripting, client scripts).
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation (configuration, integration, testing).
  • Experience working with APIs, UI & data policies.
  • Experience with managing expectations and process owners.
  • Strategic planning for process design and roadmap.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 foundational knowledge.
  • Experience with application release management lifecycle and roadmap.
  • Adaptability and communication skills.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree, 4 years exp. info tech, or 8 years exp. in IT, with 2 yrs in ITIL. Knowledge of ServiceNOW and ITSM processes
