ServiceNow Administrator / Developer - Active TS/SCI Clearance

Riptide Technology is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator / Developer - active TS/SCI clearance. This position will be based in Springfield, VA and the position is required to be onsite.

Requirements

• Effective collaboration with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment.
• Automate workflows through Service Catalogs and create key ITIL service operations and management processes.
• Design, develop, and build custom applications and provide support to end-users of the Information Technology Service/Operation Management (ITS/OM) solutions.
