We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator & Developer to manage, enhance, and extend the capabilities of our enterprise ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform
- Maintain and optimize core ITSM/HRSD/ITAM processes
- Monitor instance health and conduct performance tuning
- Ensure platform security
- Design and develop custom workflows
- Build and maintain Virtual Agent topics
- Integrate external systems with ServiceNow
- Configure and enhance key ServiceNow modules
Requirements Summary
6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, strong knowledge of ServiceNow Studio, scripting, and platform APIs
