• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience
• Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• ITIL v3 Certification or equivalent practical experience
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• Relevant software development certifications
