The ServiceNow Application Administrator will provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain various ServiceNow custom applications. Champion the adoption of supported application services as appropriate for our business. Interface, support, and train business users on the functions and capabilities of the custom application.

Requirements

  • Experience with ensuring the operational health of the ServiceNow online environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
  • Experience or Familiarity with administrative activities associated with a Space Management Software application.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Administrative Tasks and Activities
  • Ability to work in a multi-vendor ServiceNow environment
  • Ability to work with multiple product sets from the same vendor
  • Ability to understand and work with a complex organizational hierarchy
  • Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities, e.g., Jira, implement latest technologies and 3rd party software solutions, i.e., Jira, Adobe, Kanban, etc.
  • Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation, along with resolution
