GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. The role involves guiding ITSM strategy, designing applications, and providing support to remote teams and clients. This hybrid position is located in Washington, DC.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
