GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. The role involves guiding ITSM strategy, designing/developing ServiceNow applications, and providing technical support. This is a hybrid remote position within a team of transformers passionate about transforming government IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• US citizenship required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
