The ServiceNow Administrator manages and supports the organization’s ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing it to support accurate incident, request, change, and knowledge management processes. This role involves collaboration with various teams to align workflows with contract requirements and support continuous improvement. The Administrator also performs basic configuration and workflow customization.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary administrator of the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Request, Knowledge, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- Create and manage user roles, groups, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance analytics, and reports.
- Perform basic customizations and light configurations.
- Implement and maintain workflow automations.
- Support the Knowledge Management System (KMS) by publishing and maintaining articles and templates.
- Perform data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with the QA Lead.
- Provide system documentation.
- Verify audit readiness.
- Work with the Training Lead.
