We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on experience managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for ITOM discovery. In this role, you will support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow — with a particular focus on discovery and CMDB integrity.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly required for consideration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow navigation, data structures, and CMDB architecture
- System administration experience with Linux and Windows, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including ports, protocols, and services (DNS, PowerShell, SSH, etc.)
- Strong grasp of database fundamentals, including data storage, access, and table relationships
- Ability to read and work with XML, JSON, and PowerShell scripts
- Security+ certification required as well as Industry approved certification
