Active TS/SCI w/CI POLY SECURITY CLEARANCE is sought for a ServiceNow Administrator. The role focuses on managing and optimizing ServiceNow for ITOM discovery, CMDB integrity, and integration with IT teams. Collaboration with engineering and database management is essential.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow navigation, data structures, and CMDB architecture.
- System administration experience with Linux and Windows, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including ports, protocols, and services (DNS, PowerShell, SSH, etc.).
- Strong grasp of database fundamentals, including data storage, access, and table relationships.
- Ability to read and work with XML, JSON, and PowerShell scripts.
- Security+ certification required.
