Job description
Egon Zehnder, a leading leadership advisory firm, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst to join the KnowledgeCentreIndia (KCI) team in Gurgaon, India. The role focuses on CMDB management, discovery, and service mapping, supporting the configuration management database within ServiceNow. The Analyst will work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management to ensure data accuracy and efficiency of IT Service Management processes. They'll also assist the CMDB Administrator in designing and deploying solutions for both on-premise and cloud resources.
Requirements
- Maintain and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
- Implement data governance through identifying and configuring discovery sources.
- Work with support teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Discovery tool.
- Assist the CMDB Administrator with developing and maintaining the technical design of the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Service Mapping-related documentation.
