ServiceNow Analyst

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join their team at Adelphi, MD. The role will support the design, optimization, and operation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with mission needs and ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• DoD Secret Clearance required
• BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline
• At least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in a business analyst, system analyst, or ServiceNow support role
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140
• ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
• ITIL v4 certified
