Experian is seeking a ServiceNow and SnowMirror Developer to provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support for the ServiceNow and SnowMirror platform. The role involves configuration, synchronization of data between ServiceNow and SnowMirror data, supporting metrics and database administration, and creating technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow platform development, data management, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Designs, develops, and maintains simple ServiceNow workflows to automate/digitize manual processes.
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Use of scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality where required.
- Performs data extract using SNOWMIRROR and ServiceNow Solutions
- Perform data clean-up using ServiceNow Solutions
