We are looking for a ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, and a strong logical approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator
- 2–4 year relevant technical degree
- Excellent communications skills
- Cloud Solutions (Azure preferred)
- JavaScript

- REST APIs

- familiarity with SSO
- ServiceNow scripting and automation
- Hands-on familiarity with Application Change Control Protocols
- Hands-on Experience performing annual ServiceNow platform upgrades
- Application programming background and related experience
- Ability to build rapport with different teams
- Able to interface with customers of varying technical knowledge
- Strong triage and problem-solving skills
- Highly logical, with good working knowledge of process and workflow design
- Basic experience preparing user-friendly documentation
- Comfortable working with contractors/vendors
- Working knowledge of Excel Macros and Active Directory
- Knowledgeable of change and release management processes
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification
