ServiceNow Application Engineer

ServiceNow Application Engineer will lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow ITSM Professional suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), including custom application development, scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration.
• Experience designing and implementing the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in ServiceNow development, including server-side and client-side scripting in JavaScript.
• Experience with Enterprise Integration of ServiceNow and SAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Knowledge of Service Portal development (AngularJS).
