Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- 10+ years of IT experience with senior-level roles.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Expertise in workflow automation and integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM and ITSM Pro, CAD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
