Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- 10+ years of IT experience with senior-level roles
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Expertise in workflow automation and integrations
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM and ITSM Pro, CAD preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in enterprise environments with multiple integration points
