ServiceNow Architect - Katowice

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with 3–5 years of hands-on experience across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, guide delivery teams, and shape scalable architectures that align with business goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• At least two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one additional programming language such as C# or Java
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including clean code, version control, and structured testing
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written; able to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
