Wipro is seeking a ServiceNow Architect - L2(Contract) with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development to define, design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligning to business requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in ITSM//ITOM/ITAM modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (Javascript), integrations (REST, SOAP), Flow Designer, workflows, Virtual Agent
- Experience in CMDB
- Experienced in Service Level management and SLA configuration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in working in Agile projects
