Concentrix is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join its team, designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and IT strategy.
Requirements
- 7-15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules
- Expert in the Health and Safety module
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development
- Extensive knowledge of integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JDBC) and tools (MID Server, Integration Hub)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AngularJS for Service Portal and UI customization
- Experience in data analytics (Tableau) is a plus
