ServiceNow Architect

As an architect, your key focus will be designing and delivering technology solutions to the business, working closely with business and technology partners to prioritize critical implementation dates. The role involves leading technical aspects of project delivery, developing POCs, and establishing high standards for development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience to include experience with full cycle implementation in ServiceNow
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party software using REST/SOAP including scripted web services, servers, and experience in Service Portal and building custom widgets using Angular JS and in implementing and customized core applications including incident, problem, change, knowledge, configuration management and service catalog
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment with knowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms with multiple HR technology platforms like Workday and Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL and other such technologies
• Hands-on experience in configuration and development in portal, workflows, UI actions, integrations
