ServiceNow Architect

Digital Realty is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and implement large-scale enterprise applications using ServiceNow. The role involves designing solutions, technical documentation, and technical guidance, as well as collaborating with business stakeholders and the platform team. It also involves managing upgrade cycles and evangelizing new release functionalities.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions
• 5+ years’ experience in an Enterprise environment with multiple integration points
• 5+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
• 5+ years’ experience with web technologies
• 5+ years’ experience with industry standard productivity tools (Excel, Visio etc.)
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
• Experience collaborating with virtual teams
