As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing Enterprise level ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
- 7+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications
- Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
- Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
