ServiceNow Architect

Digital Realty is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and implement large-scale enterprise applications using ServiceNow platform best practices. This role involves providing technical solutions, documenting implementations, and coordinating with other teams. The architect will oversee the successful deployment and monitor performance of ServiceNow solutions and maintain high security standards.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions
• 5+ years’ experience in an Enterprise environment
• 5+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• 5+ years’ experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
• 5+ years’ experience with web technologies
• 5+ years’ experience with industry standard productivity tools
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
• Experience collaborating with virtual teams across multiple regions
• Experience using mainstream development methodologies (e.g. waterfall and agile)
