ServiceNow Architect

As the ServiceNow Architect Manager at AbbVie, you will drive the technical architecture, development, QA/Testing, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. You will align ServiceNow's capabilities with business processes, stakeholders, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 7+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
• 7+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform
• Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• Experience in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
• Experience with leading development teams (SMPs) providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
• Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
